Minimize Polymer Adhesion in the Still

 

AV Injection Oil keeps polymer still bottoms flowable to simplify removal from a still and minimize maintenance. AV Injection Oil’s special formula provides greater heat transfer and keeps polymer waste from adhering to the walls and bottom of the still. The used polymer is transformed into a liquid or semi-liquid form that simplifies removal from the distillation unit. This allows the operator to spend more time being productive and less time cleaning and maintaining the still. Polymer waste can then be removed by a licensed waste disposal company and reused as a fuel in a number of applications, including cement kilns.
