ADA
Compliant Photopolymer Sign Materials
Create custom
signage with raised letters, Braille, logos and symbols with .032"
relief using photopolymer sign materials designed to comply with ADA federal
regulations. Both are matte-finish, water-washable materials processed
directly from negatives. They're attractive, easy to work, and give you
unlimited flexibility to customize signs. Once produced, you can paint,
silk screen and/or foil stamp the material for special effects and stunning
graphics.
You can even
create nameplates, award plaques, control panels, name badges, machine
ID plates, trophy plates, and hundreds of other items.
Printight
EA1.15 sign material is easily produced using an Orbital X photopolymer
processor from A&V. This sign material is ideally suited for organizations
experienced in laminating phenolics or acrylics. The steps below detail
the sign-making process. After processing, the material is then laminated
to meet ADA requirements.
AV ADA: Requires
no laminating to comply with ADA requirements. Printight EA1.15 is mounted
on a phenolic resin back, making it the proper thickness in one piece.
Available in two gauges (285 and 385), with special gauges and sizes available
upon request.
