“Proofing, Prototyping, & Corrugated Prepress”
Speaker: Alix Guyot, Anderson Vreeland
There are many opportunities to bring technology forward into the corrugated market – doors that many users have not yet opened. Proofing and prototyping has been gaining momentum in the label and flexible packaging market, allowing those users to save big money by having quality proofs that can predict press output, as well as generating samples on actual substrates to prove to designers and brand-owners the capabilities of the printing & coating application. Does this have to end when we step-up in size to big-brother corrugated? The answer to this is no. Alix will review the potential and describe what is needed to visually promote the corrugated segment of our industry.
Alix graduated top of her class at Cal Poly State’s Graphic Communications program where she majored with an emphasis in Design Reproduction Technology.
