Matrix Materials

A&V matrix materials feature excellent dimensional stability, minimal shrinkage, and faithful reproduction - from the smallest dot to the fullest relief. Choose from a complete selection of matrix with thicker coating for more relief, color coded for different applications, and backcoated for less curl. High Density Matrix - A multi-purpose, high-strength matrix designed for frequent use. Ideal for all types of rubber plates.

Low Density (XM) Matrix - Used for jobs requiring controlled shrinkage. Designed to produce high fidelity rubber plates. Ideal for complex pattern plates or process color work.
