Reduce Emissions with the Cosmolight Flexographic Plate
The Toyobo Cosmolight photopolymer plate can reduce emissions by 70% compared to traditional plates. This plate eliminates hazardous washout solvents and can be processed with tap water and mild detergent, making it solvent and toxic-free for operators. The wastewater can be solidified as non-hazardous waste.

1. The right plate/mounting tape combo results in faster and more accurate mounting processes, reducing make-ready time and minimizing waste.
2. Using the proper doctor blade/end seal combo achieves precise ink metering and control, reduces ink waste, and improves print quality.
3. A proper anilox cleaner eliminates the need for harsh chemicals and reduces manual scrubbing, resulting in a safer and more environmentally friendly cleaning process while minimizing substrate waste.
