Reintroducing Kelly Conner: A Trusted Expert Returns

We are thrilled to announce the return of Kelly Conner to Anderson & Vreeland, this time as our Polymer Business Development Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in the printing and packaging sector, Kelly brings an impressive track record of technical expertise, strategic sales, and relationship-building to our organization.

Kelly’s journey in the industry began in flexographic printing, where he quickly advanced from machine operator to leadership roles. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for solving complex challenges, optimizing sales strategies, and delivering hands-on support to clients, especially in the realm of photopolymer technology. His previous roles, including positions at Anderson & Vreeland, Flint Group Narrow Web, Pitman Company, and as a Sales Specialist at tesa® tape, have equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving needs.

A Strategic Role for a Dynamic Industry

In his new position, Kelly will focus on business development for liquid, thermal, solvent, and water-wash photopolymers. 

His responsibilities will include:

• Strengthening relationships with our Account Managers and clients

• Strategizing to uncover new business opportunities

• Introducing modern solutions to enhance production efficiency

• Supporting teams with plate optimization and troubleshooting
